Volunteer at Space Day with DCKickball

Space DayDCKickball will be volunteering at Space Day at the National Air and Space Museum on Saturday May 3rd and we’re looking for volunteers.

For all the great Sundays we have on the national mall, lets give a little back to one of DC’s coolest free museums. Space Day is an event created for children and students to encourage them to consider careers in space exploration as well as math, science, engineering and technology.

This is an all day event that consists of lectures, hand on workshops, and demonstrations. Volunteers will help with distributing schedules, helping kids and families find events, helping seat guests at lectures, and just making sure everything runs smoothly.

If you’re sold on what will likely be one of the coolest volunteer events this spring, you can find out all of the info below. If you are planning on coming, send an email to Matt Toigo (me[AT]matt-toigo.com) so we can get a count of how many people we’ll have. You have to send us an email to be able to volunteer.
