Awesome Charity Updates

Here’s a quick update on some of the charity events we’ve had in the past few weeks.  Partying and doing good at the same time – what a great concept!  :-)

Our DCK Happy Hour last week brought in almost $600 for So Others May Eat (SOME)!  Wow!

Adams Morgan Division’s  Cocktails for Critters event raised $1,700 for the National Aquarium’s Marine Animal Rescue Program (MARP) in the Gulf region.  Pics from that event can be seen here.  Booyah!

Veteran Division’s Date Auction raised over $1,300 for So Others May Eat (SOME).  Shazam!

Constitution Division’s Date Auction raised over $2,500 for Metro TeenAIDS.  Yowza!

Awesome work, DCKickballers!  Shakalakazampow!!  (Sorry, I was on a roll…)  Here’s to looking forward to helping out some more local charities in the Fall!
